Fuzhou

Hoofdstad van Fujian provice, Fuzhou is een 2.000-jaar oude stad met een rijk cultureel erfgoed. De stad is rijk aan banyan bomen die vooral werden geplant tussen 960 en 1127. Dus Fuzhou is ook bekend als Rong Cheng, wat betekent dat de stad Banyans. Fuzhou is de geboorteplaats van de verschillende beroemde mannen. De twee pagodes Bai Ta (Witte Pagode) en Wu Ta (Zwart pagode) tegenover elkaar op een afstand. Deze vormen de stad landschap .. Fuzhou heeft overvloedige warmwaterbronnen, en goede kwaliteit hot spring water wordt geleverd in de badkamers van hotels.
Mr P blijft verbazen. De kids en ik waren klaar voor het avond eten. Mr P stond in zijn pyjama. Hij kan niet in het hotel blijven want hij moet rijden. Geen probleem. Hij doet de hotelpantoffels aan, neemt zijn portefeuille en autosleutels. Hij is klaar voor vertrek. Weer een primeur in mijn leven : ik ben voor het eerst in mijn leven gaan eten op restaurant met een man in pyjama.

Fuzhou has abundant hot springs, and good quality hot spring water is supplied at the bathrooms of hotels.
Mr. P continues to amaze me. The kids and I were ready for dinner. Mr. P was in his pajamas. He cannot stay in the hotel because he must drive. No problem. He takes the hotel slippers, his wallet and car keys. He's ready to go. For the first time in my life I eat at a restaurant with a man in pajamas.
