wie betaalt ? - who pays the bill ?

onze chauffeur heeft mijn hulp gevraagd. Een chauffeur wordt niet
extreem veel betaald maar rekent vooral op overuren om zijn wedde aan
te vullen. Momenteel zijn we juni. alle parkeerticketten en overuren
sinds januari zijn niet uitbetaald. dit was de eerste schok.
Mr P mag niet te veel vragen naar het geld waar hij recht op heeft.
als hij te lastig doet, is hij bang om vervangen te worden. raar.
derde schok : zijn bedrijf betaalt het verschuldige bedrag niet. in
europa wordt de werknemer betaald en probeert het bedrijf het geld te
recuperen. in china niet; zij geen geld, de chauffeur ook geen geld.
zij nemen hun markup en storten het geld gewoon door.
vierde schok : het bedrijf waar mijn man werkt, vindt dat blijkbaar
niet abnormaal. zij zouden moeten weten dat de chauffeurs het niet al
te breed hebben.( ze wonen hier zelf) ik heb hen opgebeld om te zeggen
dat ik dat niet normaal vind ( ik heb via het bureau van de chauffeur
moeten bellen want de china HR neemt de telefoon niet op als ze mijn
nummer zien verschijnen) en ze konden zelfs geen datum geven wanneer
de mensen uitbetaald worden. Mr P kreeg als excuus ; er is geen geld. maar er is wel geld om de
ganse ploeg naar shanghai over te vliegen voor een nieuwjaarsfeest ?
dat kan ik zelfs niet uitleggen of goedpraten. Ook wij wachten op een pak geld dat nog steeds niet terugbetaald is.
al is het minder dringend dan het geld dat Mr P nodig heeft om te
overleven, toch vind ik het bizar dat we de bank voor een wereldbedrijf moeten spelen.

our driver asked for my help. A driver is not extremely much  paid but relies primarily on overtime to a dd to his salary. Currently we are June, all parking tickets and overtime is not paid since January.
this was the first shock.
Mr P should not ask too much for his money to which he is entitled. if he does too difficult, he is afraid to be replaced. weird.
third shock. his company does not pay the overtime to Mr P. in europe the employee is paid and the company is trying to
recuperate the money. not in china, the compagny has no money, the driver no money.
they take their markup and give the rest of the money to the driver.
fourth shock: the company where my husband works, apparently finds it normal. they should know that the drivers are not the richest people in china. (they live here myself.  I called them to say I'm asahmed in their name (I called through the compagny of the driver
to the china HR because they switched of their phone when they my see number appear). they could even give a date when
the people should be paid.
Mr. P was given as an excuse by the compagny :  there is no money. but there is money to fly an entire team to Shanghai for a New Year's party?
I can not even explain it to Mr P.
We are also waiting for a lot of money that is still not payed back.
 it is less urgent than the money that Mr. P needs to
survive, yet I find it bizarre that we are the bank for a world wide compagny.
