rent

in July the landlord wanted to get us out of our house. he wants to sell the house but we can stay in the house if we pay extra.
J didn t want to pay and negotiate quiet hard. he is better in these things then I am.
the whole scene was enoying so I didn't want to write  about it ( just try to forget as quickely as possible)
But now as the school starts, 3 close friends told me the same thing.
we all have different landlords but suddenly all 4 of them wants to sell their house/ appartement unless you pay extra.
a lot of houses are empty. so many new appartements are built that I don t believe their is a big market for second hand houses.
what is going on ?
